Renew a Project
Registrations are valid for one year and must be renewed no sooner than six weeks prior to and no later than the expiration date.
To renew a project registration, submit to the Division:
- Completed and signed Timeshare/Camp Resort/Owner Registrant’s Annual Report.
- Current Developer/Owner Property Report.
- $200 non-refundable fee.
To amend a project registration:
A project registration may be amended at any time by submitting to the Division:
- Signed cover letter providing specific information amending the original registration.
- $200 non-refundable fee.
