R162-2g-304a An applicant to sit for the state-licensed appraiser exam shall provide evidence of having successfully completed the required pre-licensing education. 03/31/2014
R162-2g-304b An applicant to sit for the state-certified residential appraiser exam shall provide evidence of having successfully completed the required pre-licensing education. 3/31/2014
R162-2g-304c An applicant to sit for the state-certified general appraiser exam shall provide evidence of having successfully completed the required pre-licensing education. 3/31/2014
R162-2g-304d Beginning January 1, 2015, a registered trainee may not claim experience hours for appraisal work unless the trainee and the trainee's supervisor(s) have previously completed the Supervisory Appraiser and Appraiser Trainee Course. 3/31/2014
R162-2g-306a A trainee registered with the division prior to January 1, 2015, shall complete the Supervisory Appraiser and Appraiser Trainee Course by or before December 31, 2014. The Supervisory Appraiser and Appraiser Trainee Course qualifies for continuing education for the supervising appraiser, and, during renewal cycles, for the trainee. 3/31/2014
