Renew an Appraisal Management Company (AMC)
To renew your Appraisal Management Company License, complete the attached renewal form and submit to the Division prior to your expiration date. If your renewal is not received in time to renew before the expiration date you will not be able to operate as an AMC in the state of Utah. You will have 30 days from your expiration date to renew late with an additional $50 late fee. If any of your control people have changed since you were registered and you have not reported this to the Utah Division of Real Estate previously, fill out a new Control Person or Main Control Person application, Fingerprint Waiver, and 2 fingerprint cards for each new individual. Submit these to the Division along with the $40 fingerprint processing fee per person and completed AMC renewal form
